My goal as a therapist is to alleviate suffering and promote healing and self-improvement. To me, every client’s experiences are unique to them, and no two situations or presentations of mental health are the same. My job is to help guide and equip you with tools and understanding to best approach those unique situations and heal from past hurts. My clinical education and experience has primarily been with trauma, anxiety, depression, personality disorders and life transitions. I enjoy working with clients from a variety of backgrounds. At this time, I offer virtual appointments only. Mental health struggles are a very normal thing to experience at some point in your life. About Kaitlyn: Kaitlyn is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas and Oklahoma. She is also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional through Evergreen certifications and has extensive training in the art of healing from trauma. Kaitlyn has experience in a variety of settings, including a community mental health agency, Christian counseling private practice, university counseling center, and a family medicine practice. She has experience in working with trauma, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and more.
